15 Mar WHAT’S IN MY MARCH IPSY BAG?
I’m so excited to share with you all what I received in my March Ipsy Bag! I’m relatively new to the monthly subscription community. I subscribed to one company before to Ipsy. I had a lot of difficulties with their service so I decided to try out the infamous Ipsy! And, I must say I have yet to be disappointed.
One of the reasons I’m so excited to be a part of the Ipsy community is because it was founded by one of my favorite YouTubers: Michelle Phan. Michelle Phan is a kind, smart, and creative entrepreneur and I’m so glad that such qualities reflect through her company. I’ve been a member for three months and can’t wait for many more to come!
Now let’s get into this Ipsy bag!
Eva NYC Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer
This cute little bottle is a detangler and heat protective spray. It contains organ and sunflower seed oil and has a settle floral scent. I tried it on my 4C/3B hair while it was dry and didn’t see much of a difference when I attempted to pick it out. I’ll try again when it’s wet.
tarteist™ Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint
Members who received the March Ipsy bag receive this liquid hippie in either Rosé, Delish, or Vibin’. I got Vibin’. This color reminds me of ColourPop’s Avenue. Tarte prides itself on these babies last for long periods of time without dryness or flaking. I’m excited to see how long they actually last. (Lippie swatch below)
Update: These lippies are great! They’re not drying and they don’t flake! I’m in love!
INT Cosmetics Eyeshadow
This highly pigmented rose-gold shade is gorgeous. Once swipe is enough to get a great color pay off. In Ipsy’s description it’s stated that the shadow can also double as a highlighter or tear duct shadow. What girl doesn’t love a versatile product?
ModelCo Eye Define Retractable Crayon Liner & Beau Gâchis Tapered Blending Brush
Although the eyeliner is nice and creamy, the pencil itself is weak. As I was drawing my swatch (view below) the pencil tip broke off. So, it you use this product make sure you have a gentle hand. As for the brush? It’s dense enough to apply highlight but not dense enough for an eyeshadow… unless you’re just using it to blend.
